What is your Return Policy?

Returns are easy!!!

Shop with Confidence: We understand fashion is subjective. That’s why we offer a no questions asked 365-day return from the day of delivery on all our products. You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your original order and store credit for returns after 30 days. The Support Team must authorize all returns via our Support Center


There are two types of refunds:

  • Full Refund: If the items you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, not as described, or you change your mind, then you’ll get a full refund, if returned under 30 days for receiving your order and we will provide you a free return label. 
  • Store Credit/Virtual Gift Cards: If it has been over 30 days and under 365 days from receipt of delivery, you will get back the full amount you paid in the form of store credit. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Furthermore, if you originally paid with a store credit, your refund will be in the form of a store credit no matter the reason for the return.

 

Important Details

  • The Support Team must authorize all returns via the Support Center.
  • 30 Day Full Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We can provide you with store credit if the product is returned.
  • Exchanges: We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you are unhappy with your order, we will be happy to provide a full return and return label if requested under 30 days from your order delivery date. If you need a different size or color of an item, you can place a new order. After 30 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and we will offer you a full refund as store credit that you can then use to order a new product. 
  • Return Labels: We only offer return labels on items returned under 30 days for delivery. For any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, physical gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.

  

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item over 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  

Partial refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition. If the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

  

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced or regular sale items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Final Sale items can be refunded as store credit.

 

Gifts (if applicable)

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
